Insurance Replacements
If you are unfortunate to lose or have an item stolen, contact our store, and we will endeavour to assist you in replacing your jewellery or watch. We can provide an estimate to replace valuation for your insurance company. The charge is £75.00 + VAT; this charge will be reimbursed if the item is replaced by us. Your insurance company cannot force you to use specific suppliers.
