 (i) All diamonds herein supplied have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier.


(ii) It is normal practice for coloured gemstones to be subjected to various treatments to improve their colour/lustre, such as emeralds are often impregnated with oil and sapphires are generally heat-treated to improve their colour. Our coloured stones have not been subjected to unacceptable treatments such as glass filling and surface diffusion. Neither have our diamonds been subjected to any unethical treatments. On the unlikely occasion that a laser treated or non-natural fancy-coloured diamond has been used it will be fully disclosed in the description.


(iii) Reasonable care has been taken by us to make sure all diamond and gemstone weights and descriptions are correct.


(iv) Your purchase is insured in transit to you. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to insure it against theft, loss, and accidental damage. Care should be taken not to expose jewellery to extreme temperatures, pressures or forces.


(v) Price fluctuations are due to the dollar to sterling rate. This is fixed at the price displayed when you place your order.


(vi) We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to be suspicious, if pricing errors are made by us, or for any other reason.

 Use Of The Website


By using the website you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, or if you are under 18 then you are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian.


Returns Policy


 Our jewellery is manufactured to a high standard, but in the rare event that a manufacturing fault does occur, you should bring or return it to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and an exchange or refund will be arranged upon receipt and checking.


If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase return it within 14 days, unworn and in the same packaging and exchange it for something else or a full refund.

Please note that this applies to online purchases only and items such as earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for items which have been altered, specially ordered, re-sized or engraved. If you have secured finance with our third-party provider, you must contact them to arrange cancellation of the finance agreement.


 Regretfully, special orders cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.



Payment and Delivery Policy




 Payment is accepted in £ sterling. We can accept up to a maximum of £8000.00 in cash per purchase. (To comply with money laundering laws).


Payment by the Credit/Debit cards displayed on this website are accepted online and at our premises.


Bank Transfers, and Cheques drawn on a UK bank are accepted - there is a 5 working day clearing time for cheques, after which we can dispatch your order.


All items required to be posted are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed for the next working day after posting, and require a signature. 

We can only post within the UK, and, if payment is by Credit/Debit card, to the same address your card is registered at.


Jewellery items are supplied with a jewellery box and a valuation. Brands are supplied with the manufacturers branded packaging and papers where applicable. Where brands are pre-owned, packaging and papers are supplied depending on availability as stated; where the original manufacturers packaging is not available, a suitable alternative will be supplied.


 Free UK next day delivery on all items if ordered before 2pm. If purchases are made after this time or during the weekend, your purchase will be sent the next working day. 


For specific delivery days, please do not hesitate to contact us – We will arrange deliveries as to your requirements. Items are fully insured.

Delivery times quoted are an indication only, based on past performance. If this is critical to your order, please call or email to check.


Ring sizing generally takes approx. 2 working days. Special orders and remakes can take between 1 and 4 weeks, within which time we will keep you up to date with progress via email or telephone. See each individual items page for delivery times.



A minimum 25% deposit will be required for special orders with the balance being due when your order is ready to dispatch.

All special order and bespoke jewellery items are non returnable


Local Pickup 

We offer a free click & collect service within any of our store.

At the checkout select Click & Collect 

. The store will then contact you when the item is ready to arrange a suitable collection time.

Please ensure you bring proof of your order and personal photographic ID including the credit card used to make your payment with you when you collect your order
